215. GAIL EVONDA⁶ PETERSON (LLOYD ELLIOTT⁵, GENEVA ARVELLA⁴ MINDER, KENNER COLLINS³, BENJAMIN², JOHN¹)⁸⁴⁸ was born 30 September 1950 in Red Wing, Goodhue County, Minnesota ⁸⁴⁹. She married JEFFREY NORBERT LANDMEYER 01 February 1980 in Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁵⁰, son of NORBERT LANDMEYER and PHYLLIS FORD. He was born 30 January 1954 in LaCrosse, LaCrosse County, Wisconsin ⁸⁵¹.

Notes for GAIL EVONDA PETERSON:
Gail Evonda the third child born to Lloyd and Kitty Peterson was born in Red Wing, Minnesota on 30 September 1950. Shortly after her birth the family moved to Houston, Texas.

In the first grade, Gail, thought her teacher didn't know how to print the letter P. So she proceeded to tell her classmates how a P was written (she put the loop on the front side instead of the back). The teacher wasn't too pleased with this action and had a conference with Gail's parents. Lloyd being a wise dad sat her down and said, "Gail just to make your teacher happy why don't you make your P's her way." Gail readily agreed to this and she soon realized that the teacher did know how to write a P!

The family moved to Maquoketa, Iowa when she was in the ninth grade and lived there for two years until moving to Ellsworth, Wisconsin. She quit school in the eleventh grade and later got her GED on 12 March 1973 and then attended College in North Dakota and is a LPN.

Gail is very artistic, she draws, paints, and makes wreaths. She also plays the piano.

She married Jeffrey Norbert Landmeyer, son of Norbert and Phyllis Elaine (Ford) Landmeyer on 1 February 1980 in Lake City, Minnesota.

She and Jeff live in Cottage Grove, Minnesota with their two children.

Notes for JEFFREY NORBERT LANDMEYER:
Jeffrey Norbert is the oldest child of Norbert Benjamin and Phyllis Elaine (Ford) Landmeyer, he was born on 30 January 1954 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

He graduated from high school in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and then started work for the rail road. He works for the Soo Line based in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Jeff is an avid hunter and fisherman. Outdoor sports and camping are among his hobbies and interest.

216. CHERIE DAWN⁶ PETERSON (LLOYD ELLIOTT⁵, GENEVA ARVELLA⁴ MINDER, KENNER COLLINS³, BENJAMIN², JOHN¹)⁸⁵¹ was born 05 July 1955 in Houston, Harris County, Texas ⁸⁵². She married (1) VINCENT JAMES SULLIVAN⁸⁵³ 26 August 1977 in Mantorville, Dodge County, Minnesota ⁸⁵⁴, son of FRANCIS SULLIVAN and ELAINE PASSE. He was born 22 September 1949 in Wabasha, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁵⁵. She married (2) IVAN JAMES CORAZALLA 23 December 1998 in Wabasha, Minnesota.

Notes for CHERIE DAWN PETERSON:
Cherie Dawn the fourth child born to Lloyd and Kitty Peterson was born in Houson, Texas on 5 July 1955.

As a young child she was very quiet and could occupy herself for hours with just a can of buttons. She attended school in Houston until the fourth grade when the family moved to Maquoketa, Iowa. She attended the fifth grade in Baldwin, Iowa and then in the sixth grade attended Maquoketa Elementary School and then moved to Ellsworth, Wisconsin where she attended school until the fall of her sophmore year.

The family moved to Wabasha, Minnesota and she returned to school and graduated seventh in her class. She was a member of the National Honor Society. After graduating from high school in 1973 she attended the Vocational School in Red Wing.

She married Vincent James Sullivan on 26 August 1977 in Mantorville, Minnesota. And became a step mother to Vincent's girls, Tina Lynn and Melissa Rose. Cherie and Vincent have two children, Benjamin Vincent James and Rochelle Roselynn.

Cherie plays the piano, accordian and organ. She attended school in Rochester, Minnesota to become a surgical technician and worked at that for a short time until she started working at a group home in Wabasha, where she still works as a senior support service coordinator.

Cherie went on a pilgrimage to Iseral in February of 1994.

She and Vincent were divorced in the fall of 1996 and she moved from the farm in Kellogg to town in Wabasha.

Notes for VINCENT JAMES SULLIVAN:
Vincent James the son of Francis Stanley and Elaine Elizabeth (Passe) Sullivan was born on 22 September 1949 in Wabasha, Minnesota.

He was raised on the farm where he now resides. He served in the Army and piloted helicopters during the Viet Nam war. While in the Army he married and had two daughters. His wife was killed in a car accident while home for the holidays when the youngest child, Melissa, was an infant.

Notes for BENJAMIN VINCENT JAMES SULLIVAN:
Benjamin Vincent James Sullivan the first born son of Vincent James and Cherie Dawn (Peterson) Sullivan was born on 11 February 1980 in Wabasha, Minnesota.

At the age of ten months Benjamin was sick and in the hospital. He was given a medication that he was alergic to and nearly died. Then when he was ten he was riding on a gravity wagon that his paternal grandfather was driving when he fell off onto the highway and was injured. He lost a few teeth and was badly bruised, and broke his cheek bones.

Benjamin graduated from Wabasha-Kellogg High School on 5 June 1998. He works at Treasure Island Casino nights cleaning the kitchen.

ROCHELLE ROSELYNN SULLIVAN⁸⁵⁸, b. 08 February 1982, Wabasha, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁵⁹.

Notes for ROCHELLE ROSELYNN SULLIVAN:
Rochelle Roselynn was born on 8 February 1982 in Wabasha, Minnesota to Vincent James and Cherie Dawn (Peterson) Sullivan.

This fall she started her junior year at Wabasha-Kellogg High School in Wabasha, Minnesota. She works at the historic Anderson House in Wabasha. .

217. JOEL DEAN⁶ PETERSON (LLOYD ELLIOTT⁵, GENEVA ARVELLA⁴ MINDER, KENNER COLLINS³, BENJAMIN², JOHN¹)⁸⁶⁰ was born 12 February 1961 in Houston, Harris County, Texas ⁸⁶¹. He married GAYLE SUSAN HANSON⁸⁶² 19 June 1980 in Wabasha, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁶³, daughter of ROBERT HANSON and ELAINE ANGELBECK. She was born 13 July 1963 in Wabasha, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁶⁴.

Notes for JOEL DEAN PETERSON:
Joel Dean Peterson the fifth child of Lloyd and Kitty Peterson was born on 12 February 1961 in Houston, Texas.

The family moved to Iowa when he was four years old. He started kindergarden the following fall.

Joel loved to ride on the tractor with their neighbor Mr. Hinchcliffe. After a tractor ride he would go in to visit Mrs. Hinchcliffe to get some milk and cookies.

He attended schools in Ellsworth, Wisconsin and graduated fourth in his class from Wabasha-Kellogg High School in 1978. He then attended Red Wing Technical College where he studied to become a mechanic.

He married Gayle Susan Hanson, the daughter of Robert Richard and Elaine Beatrice (Angelbeck) Hanson on 19 June 1980 in Wabasha, Minnesota. They have five children.

A few years ago Joel went to Rochester Junior College and received his nursing degree and he is an RN working in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in home health care.

Joel is an avid sports guy. He plays softball, baseball and soccer. While in high school he was on the tract team and won many awards. He loves to go to Canada fishing. Every hunting season will find Joel in the woods.

Two years ago he and Gayle were divorced. He has custody of the five children and is doing his best to raise his children who range in ages from 4 to 18.

Children of JOEL PETERSON and GAYLE HANSON are:

URIAH DEAN⁷ PETERSON⁸⁶⁵, b. 12 July 1980, Wabasha, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁶⁶.

Notes for URIAH DEAN PETERSON:
Uriah Dean Peterson the first child born to Joel Dean and Gayle Susan (Hanson) Peterson was born on 12 July 1980 in Wabasha, Minnesota.

He loves to hunt and fish and is a very good student (prodigy! genius!) (Uriah's own words). After his sophomore year of high school he was able to enter the post secondary enrollment option program. He attend's St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota and graduated from high school on 5 June 1998. He has received two scholarships to continue his college education. He has been on the Dean's list at SMU and the National Dean's List.

Notes for CASSANDRA JO PETERSON:
Cassandra "Cassy" just started her junior year of high school at Wabasha-Kellogg High School in Wabasha, Minnesota. She works part time at the Wabasha Motel.

Notes for ZACKARY AUSTIN PETERSON:
Zackary Austin Peterson, the fourth of five children born to Joel and Gayle Peterson. His older brother, Uriah, named him and his parents left the spelling just as he spelled it.

In the first grade Zack wrestled-he pinned everybody, won a trophy and hasn't wrestled since!

This fall he started the third grade at Wabasha-Kellogg Elementary School in Wabasha, Minnesota.

TAYLOR CHEYENNE PETERSON⁸⁷³, b. 05 August 1994, Wabasha, Wabasha County, Minnesota ⁸⁷⁴.
