54. John H. PEARSON

(1) John H. Pearson, son of Laurence Pearson was living in Marionville
Lawmice Co., Missouri in 1874. Records show that an affidavit was signed
giving His brother Lewis T. authority to transfer his portion of property
from the estate of his father Laurence to the purchaser William A. Cope
of Hawkins County, Tennessee. The transaction consisted of 14 acres of
land for the amount of $150.00. The signature of both John H. and his
wife Minerva are on the document. It was signed on the 13 of March 1874.
He was married to Minerva PEARSON before 1842 in Hawkins Co., Tennessee.
Minerva PEARSON was born in 1826 in Hawkins Co., Tennessee. John
H. PEARSON and Minerva PEARSON had the following children:
