12. Daniel Gutzman Sr was born on Jun 7 1849 in Oppelian, Prussia. He died on Oct 18 1913 in Cambridge, NE. He has reference number 209. It is thought he served in the Spanish-American war.


On November 18, 1873, they applied to the King of Prussia for migration to America.
Obituary:

Dan Gutzman, Sr, met with an accident Wednesday that cost him his life. He was leaving town in a lumber wagon about 12:30 when in the south part of town his team became unmanageable and he was thrown from the wagon alighting on his head. He was picked up in unconscious condition and taken to the hospital where he passed away never regaining consciousness. His skull was badly crushed and he was otherwise internally injured. He passed away Oct 18, 1913. He was married to Rosalia Stadolka on Feb 28 1874 in Greendorf, Prussia (Area of Oppelian). On Nov. 18, 1873, they applied to the king of Prussia for immigration permit to America from the Prussian state of Oppelen. They then lived at Kragel. They came to Furnas County, NE, and lived and died on their farm south of Cambridge.

13. Rosalia Stadolka was born on Aug 23 1853 in Damrotsh, Prussia. She died on Jun 22 1879 in Cambridge, NE. She has reference number 210. Flags: Adopted=Y, Foster child=Y Children were:
