68. Michael Crawford SNELL was born in 1803 in Cayauga, NY. He died in Aug 1872 in Jennings Co., Indiana. He was married to Ann Delia FERRIS on 6 Sep 1827 in Brookville, Indiana.

69. Ann Delia FERRIS was born on 22 Feb 1806 in Conn.. She died on 11 Jul 1894 in Decatur, Illinois. 7 children (She may have died in Jennings Co., In.) She wore black caps with starched white ruffles. She made the starch with potatoe water as she considered "bought" starch turned the white to yellow. She crimped the ruffles with a knife. She liked tucks and lace. She wore a white handkerchief around her neck. Two curls behind each ear. Her apron was ironed with crease toward the inside. To have it creased outward would be improper ! She always kept her house in order because she said, "We do not know at what moment the Death angel will come."

i. Susan Elizabeth SNELL was born on 23 Nov 1831 in Franklin Co., Indiana. She died on 3 Jan 1911 in Iowa.
ii. Julia SNELL was born in 1833 in Franklin Co., Indiana. She married a man named Long and lived in Missoula, Montana.
She also may have been named Julia
iii. Kittie SNELL was born in 1837.
iv. Martha SNELL was born in 1839.
v. Mary SNELL was born in 1841.
