278. John Baer was born about 1730 in Elkhorn, VA. He died in 1791. The Bowers family came to the Shenandoah valley, VA, from
Pennsylvania ( probably York County) due to a disagreement with the
policies of the Governor of Pennsylvania He was married to Catharine 'Elizabeth' Miller.

279. Catharine 'Elizabeth' Miller was born on 20 Dec 1734. Children were:
