My mother always wanted to be called Mona or Monie. She said that the best job she ever had was raising and playing with her five children. Mom had a way of collecting stray people like those who collect stray cats. Everyone who met her wanted to be either her child or grandchild. Nurturing others is what my mom knew how to do best.
