1. MICHAEL¹ QUINN was born 1826 in Ireland, and died 1923 in Ft. Atkinson, Jefferson County, Wicosin. He married ANNA MOONEY 1852. She was born July 15, 1834 in Tilenare, King's County, Ireland, and died May 02, 1912 in Jefferson, Jefferson County, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Michael Quinn

      Anna Mooney was born July 15, 1834, in Tilenare, King's County, Ireland, being one of a family of thirteen children. at the age of sixteen (1850) she came to America settling in New York. In the year 1852 she became the wife of Michael Quinn. Following their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Quinn came to Wisconsin to make their home and have resided in this vicinity for over half a century. After a long industrious life she passed away Friday, May 2nd., aged seventy-seven years, ten months, ten days.

      She is survived by her aged husband and the following children: James Quinn of Canada, Thomas Quinn of Sharon, Wisconsin, Mrs. W.S. Campbell of Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin, Edward and George Quinn of Oregon and Charles Quinn of North Dakota. One daughter preceded her mother in death. She also leaves two brothers in Ireland, one in Australia, two sisters in Scotland and two sisters in New York, in addition to twenty-two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

      The funerl was conducted by Rector Edward Amman of St. Joseph's Catholic Church Monday morning. Burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetry.

      The deceased was noted for her happy disposition and unselfish nature and will be greatly missed by a wide circle of friends in addition to her immediate family.
