He was married to Lula F. (Tegethoff) about 1880 in Gibson County, Tennessee. Lula F. (Tegethoff) was born in 1866. She died on 29 Sep 1944 in Gibson County, Tennessee. She was buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Milan Tennessee. Frank F. Tegethoff and Lula F. (Tegethoff) had the following children:

30 iv. Leottie Reaves Tegethoff was born in May 1892 in Gibson County, Tennessee. She died in May 1973. She was buried in Trenton, Gibson County, Tennessee.
31 v. Dellar Tegethoff was born on 1 Feb 1893 in Gibson County, Tennessee. She died on 23 Nov 1989.
