I have considerable information on the following surnames: Malaney, Arena, LaBombard(e), Poissant, Malaney, Merritt, LaVoix and Mercury(Murcury). Locations are, Clinton County, New York, Quebec, Canada, Chittenden County, Vermont, Rutland County, Vermont and the Fort Ticonderoga, New York Area.
I am still searching the LaBombard(e) line. According to my mother and my Aunt, the surviving sibling of Victor Poissant(Fisher), they are direct descendants of the Duc de la Bombard de la Bombardier or Duc de la Bombardier de la Bombard. Any help would be appreciated.
