HERSCHEL COOK

Herschel D. Cook, 62, of Ontario died April 13 at San Bernadino County Medical Center. A mechanic with Freightliner Corp., he as a native of Dallas, Texas, and an Ontario resident 24 years. He was a World War II Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two daughters, Kathleen Liect of Pomona and Debra Sedgwick of Redlands; a son, Timothy Cook of Chino; mother Maggie Cook of Ontario; two brothers, Jack Cook of Ontario and Earl Dean Cook of Pedley, two grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Draper Chapel. Interment, Riverside National Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Draper Mortuary.
