Margaret of Carrick, Countess of Carrick was born before 1250. She was the daughter of Neil of Carrick, 2nd Earl of Carrick and Margaret Stewart. She married, firstly, Adam de Kilconquhar , 3rd Earl of Carrick before 4 October 1266. She married, secondly, Sir Robert le Brus, 1st Lord Brus, son of Sir Robert de Brus, Lord of Annandale and Isabella de Clare, in 1271 in Turnberry Castle, Turnberry, Ayrshire, Scotland. She died before 9 November 1292. Margaret of Carrick, Countess of Carrick was also known as Marjorie. She succeeded to the title of Countess of Carrick in 1256. From 1271, her married name became le Brus
