98. Thomas Kelly Grow was born on Aug 5 1859 in Marietta, Ohio. He died on Oct 2 1925. "Thomas Kelly Grow was primarily a handy-man farmer, but before his marriage he spent some time as a river boatman on the Ohio River, also one year or so in Chicago working ( at what I do not know, but at something, I do know.) Then through the years of farming and the opening of the local oil field he was able to substantially supplement his farm income with various and Sundry jobs on and around the oil field, as well as some small production on the farm. This is by way of explaining how one small-time farmer raised ten nice kids. Of course, they had an exceptional mother. The Locker-Ashby-Grow-White religious heritage is completely Methodist laity, with just a sprinkling of Preachers. Thomas Kelly Grow was a Methodist class-leader for years, as was also Thomas Ashby." - Myrtle Grow White.

He was married to Adah "Addie" Ashby on Oct 2 1884. Adah "Addie" Ashby was born on Mar 23 1863. She died on Oct 6 1931. Thomas Kelly Grow and Adah "Addie" Ashby had the following children:
