3. George Locker was born before 1775. I do not know for a fact that George is the son of John Locker, but he appears in the same age bracket as Walter and William in the 1820 census. Apparently the Lockers came as a clan and settled Wood County, Virginia between 1810 and 1820. He was living in 1820 in Wood County, Virginia (now WV). The 1820 census list eight Locker heads of households. George, Walter, and William, Sr. are all listed in the 45 and up age category.

He was married. ⁽⁸⁾ George Locker had the following children:

14 i. John Locker was born between 1776 and 1794.⁽⁹⁾ I have no proof that John is George's son. Walter and William already have son's named John (which doesn't necessarily prove anything since William has two son's name George). John is listed in the 1820 Wood County census. As with George, John disappears after this record.
