She was married to William J. Swords (son of William Swords and Elizabeth -?-) on Feb 10 1857 in Washington County, Ohio.⁽¹²⁾ Their marriage application was Xed by a George Martin. They were married by Samuel Amlin, a Justice of the Peace. Seven years later, Eliza's sister, Nancy Ritchey, married her brother-in-law, James Wesley Swords. William J. Swords⁽¹⁾ was born on Aug 13 1836 in Ohio.⁽¹³⁾ He died on Apr 6 1889.⁽¹³⁾ He was buried in Gravel Bank (Riverview) Cemetery near Constitution, Ohio.⁽¹³⁾ He was a Stone Mason.^{(14) (15)(16)} Eliza Jane Ritchey and William J. She was married to David G. Martin on Dec 4 1891 in Washington County, Ohio. The last record I found of Eliza Jane Martin is on a Washington County, Ohio "Application for Probate of Will" dated Nov 11 1900 on which she is listed as an heir in her mother's will. West Virginia was given as her address.
