6. Barbary "Barbara" Ritchey (1) was born on May 13 1847 in Ohio. (8) She died on Mar 28 1880 in Warren Twp., Washington Co., Ohio.(8) (9) The following newspaper account of her death appeared in is the Marietta Times on April 1, 1880; "Mrs. Barbara Inman, aged 30 years, who lived with her brother, Leander Ritchie, about 3/4 of a mile northwest from Gravel Bank, in Warren Township, was found dead on Sunday evening by William Umston, who lives in the same house. When found she was lying on her back in the yard, about 50 feet from the house, having fallen backward over a rail. Umston at once gave the alarm, when her body was carried to the house, and the coroner notified. Coroner Krigbaum, accompanied by Drs. Cotton and Mellor, repaired to the scene on Monday, when an examination was held, and a verdict was rendered that she came to her death from the effects of the fall. It is supposed that she was seized with a fainting fit and fell backward over the rail, which was several feet from the ground. The deceased leaves three children, who are now with her brother, and a husband living in New York."
She was buried in Gravel Bank (Riverview) Cemetery near Constitution, Ohio. She shares a common grave marker with her father and her brother, Leander, her side reads BARBARY RITCHEY - BORN MAY 13, 1847 - DIED MARCH 28, 1880. She was almost 33 when she died.

She was married to Moses Inman (son of Jephthah Inman and Mary A. -?-) on Nov 19 1867 in Harmar Village, Washington Co., Ohio.(29) They were married by Rev. William Wakefield. Moses Inman was born about 1848 in Ohio. Barbary "Barbara" Ritchey and Moses Inman had the following children:
