At least 23 children have been listed for John and as little as 13 children. However some of the children are listed twice on one list, therefore thenumberis most likely closer to 13. Hard to tell some times when children are called at times by their middle name and at other times by their first names.

Margaret's birthdate has been listed as both 1810, 1814, or 1816. If it is 1810 her mother would be Rebecca Bush; if it is 1814 or 1816 her mother would be Rebecca Waddle. He was married to Rebecca WADDLE on 4 Jun 1811 in Franklin County, Indiana.
