Mollie was educated at St. Michael's School in Pensacola and at Georgetown Visitation of Washington, D. C. She was married for 38 years to attorney James Baker Watson. He was referred to as "Jimmy Who?" by the family since Mollie's brother was also named James (Jimmy). She was a lifelong member of St. Michael's Parish where she was a member of the Sodality and a former lector and Eucharistic Minister. She was past president of the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (DCCW). She was a member of Responsible Legislation and of the Serra Club of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre.

She died after a lengthy illness. Parents: William O'Hara Turtle and Genevieve Anna Brent.
