Lowell - Noble Lee, 86, a retired farmer, died Monday, September 13,, at Estelle's Hospice House.

A native of Paducah, Ky., he moved here in 1919. Mr. Lee was a Christian.

He was precede in death by his wife of 53 years, Lucy F. Lee, 1991.

Survivors include his daughter, Lila Thain, Riedsville, Ga.; son C.K. Lee Sr., Lowell; sister Hazel Beacom, Ocala; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Lee, Noble Funeral Services for Mr. Lee, 86, Lowell, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 1999 at Hiers Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd. with John Denilker & Ray Hoffman, Misters of his faith. Burial will be in Millwood Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 7 - 9 p.m. He was Non Denomintional.

He was married to Lucy F. MCCOWN on 28 May 1938 in Cedertown, GA.. Lucy F. MCCOWN was born on 3 Jun 1904 in Polk County, Georgia.. She died on 26 Jun 1991. She was buried on 29 Jun 1991 in Millwood Cemetery in Reddick, FL. She was Non Demomintional. She was a Housewife.
Lucy was born in Polk County, Georgia. She came to Florida in 1938
when she and Noble married. They spent 53 years to together on their farm
near Lowell. After having pneumonia in late April. Lucy had some good
days at home. However, her condition began to worsen and her breathing
became more difficult as time went on. On June 16th Lucy was able to
eat only a half cantaloupe, and on Monday was unable to eat at all. On
Tuesday, June 18th 7:00 A.M. she was taken by ambulance to Marion
Community hospital. Faithful friends and neighbors visited her and stood
by the family until her death on June 26th at 4:15 P.M., the result of
heart, lung, and kidney failure. She went real easy without much
suffering. Noble, C. K. , Lila, Willie and Rose were with her at the
end. Funeral service for Lucy was held on June 29, 1991, at 11:00 A.M.
in Ocala, Florida. Interment was at Millwood cemetery in Reddick,
Florida.
Pallbearers: C.K. Lee, Jr., Huel, Joel and Ruel Thain, (Grandsons)
Gary and Scott Lee (Great Nephews). Ray Hoffmann Prayed, then spoke:
I am glad for my times of visits in Lucy's home. I always found her
to be of humble spirit, leading a quite life. She was always interested
in others and in our missions. She never failed to ask about the
missions. She had a keen interest in the kingdom, and she rejoiced in
those receiving faith. Noble LEE and Lucy F. MCCOWN had the following children:
