We have just started researching our "roots" and have gotten very little at this time, for the Schaefer side of the family.
Our Grandfathers name was Philip O. Schaefer, who was born in Syracuse, NY on July 1,1879, He married Mable Nash, 1/15/1903, her mothers name was Ida Everingham, and her fathers name was Morgan Nash. I may have found my Grandmothers family, Walter R. Nash b: 3/1880, Harry Nash b: 6/1881, Jennie Nash b: 3/1888, Rosa Nash b: 3/1890 and William Nash b: 6/1893. I'm still looking for a better qualification concerning her family. I found this information in the Onondaga County, NY 1900 Census, Roll 1135, Book 1, Page 165b.
