I am seeking information about the Siddall Family from the Cheltenham,Gloustershire, England and likely ascendents, and descendants in England. Also any information of the family line who may have emigrated to the USA, or Canada. My grandfather is Stanley Morton Siddall, born3 December 1894 (certificate YI 5554406)Cheltenham, brothers Gus and Neville. His father's name was Albert Giles Siddall, who died in 1930 aged 61, therfore born 1869. Albert's father was William Giles Siddall and mother Mary Ann Hall. Both Albert and William are listed as fruiterers/ market gardeners. Albert's brother William Charles Siddall was also a fruiterer. William Charles remained in the family home and business started by his father. William Charles Siddall had 3 children: William Walter Elizabeth Annie Mary Gladys Their location remains a mystery. Other names are: Ernest Lloyd Siddall William Henry Boyce Mary ann Eliza Siddall (married a Mr Lewis) The family lived in Cheltenham. Montpellier Walk was one location. One branch of the family produced the Siddall Caravan successfully up to 1958. Stanley, Violet and my father Olwyn (born 11 September 1920) emigrated to Australia in 1922. The branch of my family is in South Australia and now the ACT. My grandmother was Violet Margery Turner, daughter of Ernest Turner a pharmicist.
