Mrs. Evaline C. (Servis) Pilla: died Thursday Jan. 29, 1974 in Helene Fuld Hospital after being stricken ill at her home, 222 Nacy Lane, Ewing Township. Born in Princeton, she lived 20 years in this area and was retired from Education Testing Service. Surviving are her husband, Vincenzo Pilla; a son Edward B. Cray of Trenton; two brohers, John Servis of Princeton and Elmer Servis of Jackson, and five grandchildren. Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Parkside Memorial Home, 1584 Parkside Avenue with the Rev. Arthur E. Sundstrom of Ewing Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in Princeton Cemetery under direction of Frank L. Cellini. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m.

Ruth N. Servis, 91, of Princeton Junction, died Wednesday at her home.
Born in Stockholm, Sweden, she came to the United States in 1913. She had been a resident of Princeton Junction for 65 years.
She was a former member of the ladies auxiliary of the Princeton Junction Fire Company and was a member of the Keen-agers of West Windsor and Plainsboro.
Wife of the late Walter Servis, she is survived by a son, Walter D. Servis of Cranbury; a daughter, Ethel S. McNinch of Princeton Junction and Mrs. Betsy Tornoe of Pennsauken; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held today, Friday, at 10 a.m. in Princeton Cemetery.

Obituary
John P. Servis, 86, of Harrison Street, died Sunday at Merwick Unit of The Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Princeton and a lifelong area resident, Mr. Servis was a self-employed electrical contractor before retiring. He provided a wealth of information to the Recollector newspaper in reference to the early 20th century in Princeton, and was involved in many activities in the community.
He was a member of Mercer Engine Co. No. 3 of the Princeton Fire Department, joining in 1930 and eventually becoming an honorary member. He was also a member of IBEW Local 269 and the Princeton Borough Fire Prevention Board.
An avid sports enthusiast, Mr. Servis sponsored and coached local baseball and basketball teams. He was the last surviving member of a town baseball team that played other teams throughout New Jersey during the 1910s and 1920s.
Widower of Edith Cooper Servis, who died in 1977, he is survived by a son, John E. of Princeton; a grandson, John Perry Servis of Washington, D.C., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Thursday at Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton.

Mrs. Edith Servis, 77, of 30 Harrison St., was stricken with an apparent heart attack Friday at her home and was dead on arrival at Princeton Medical Center.
Born in England, she resided in the Princeton area since 1905.
She is survived by her husband, John P. Servis; one son, John E. Servis of Princeton; one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday from the Mather Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., with the Rev. Dr. William Tucker of the Nassau Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad.
