| My grandparents James Thompson Mealer & Lucy Ann Flournoy began their lives in Georgia. The were married in 1912 and my father Ralph Joseph Mealor was born in 1917 in Georgia. Within two years they had moved to Texas. Later they moved on to Oklahoma and are buried in southwest Oklahoma. I did not know that I had such a large Mealer family because my brothers,sisters and I were all adopted out at a very early age. Thanks to help from many relatives my information has really grown over the last number of years. Thanks to everyone who helped me. |
