Emigrated to America with his father in 1710. Located in New Jersey at least by 1732, but in 1745 was granted, as a gift, a farm in Tulpehocken Twp. by Caspar Wistar, a friend of Philadelphia. In 1746, he joined the Moravian congregation in Heidelberg Twp, Berks Co., PA, of which church he remained a member until his death.

In 1764 he deeded his property to Jacob Weiser, his son, as he had moved to Emmaus, PA in 1762. He was a storekeeper at Emmaus and his second wife served as community midwife there for many years. Parents: John Conrad WEISER and Anna Magdalena UEBELE.
