Known as Henry. a resident of York, PA on the 1800, possibly on the 1810 census for Dover Twp., York Co., PA, and apparently not on the 1820 census at all. He is named as a living child in his father's will, by which he was given lifetime residence in part of a house and lot on Water Street, in York, PA, providing he keep it in order and pay taxes on it. But upon his death, or if he did not comply with the terms, the property was to be sold and the proceeds divided among his children. This Martin Weiser's executors did. Since Henry subsequently died, his share of Martin's estate went to his children, who are named in the transaction.

Probably buried at one of the cemeteries of Christ Lutheran Church, York. Parents: Martin WEISER and Maria Catharina (WEISER).

bullet Peter WEISER was born on 26 Apr 1751 in Weiser Farm, Womelsdorf, PA. He died on 4 Sep 1779 in Brother Conrad Weiser's farm. Served in the American Revolution, wherein he was wounded, as a result of which he died. Was appointed third lieutenant of Captain George Nagle's company of Col William Thompson's battalion of riflemen on 5 Jan 1776; then as second lieutenant in the First Pennsylvania Regiment in July, when Thompson's battalion was reorganized. Prior to the battle of Long Island, in which his unit served, he wrote a will (12 Aug 1776). He was commissioned as a first lieutenant on 16 Jan 1777, and was wounded in the battle of Brandywine Creek, 11 Sep 1777, and paroled 25 September. He was kept at the house of one Adolph Gilman, on Market Street in Philadelphia, for several months.
