4. ISAAC BAKER ⁽¹⁾ was born on 2 May 1820. He died on 10 Oct 1913.

He was married to Phebe Marie SCHOONOVER (daughter of Frederick SCHOONOVER and Phebe) in 1850. Phebe Marie SCHOONOVER ⁽¹⁾ was born in 1824. ISAAC BAKER and Phebe Marie SCHOONOVER had the following children:

+23 i. MILO Hammond BAKER.
24 ii. JESSIE BAKER⁽¹⁾ was born in 1854 in PA..
+25 iii. DAVID PRATT BAKER.
+26 iv. JAMES E. BAKER.

He was married to SALLIE ANN COOK on 3 Mar 1842. ISAAC BAKER and SALLIE ANN COOK had the following children:

+27 i. EDWARD O. BAKER.
+28 ii. MALVINA ANN BAKER.
+29 iii. SALLY(Sarah) BAKER.
30 iv. LUWELLYN(sp) BAKER⁽¹⁾ was born about 1849.
