| Wilbur Ward Rease was born in 1861,WI. His parents moved from VT to CA where they settled in Arcata. John H. and Eunice Rease were their names. John's parents were Elmer and Permelia Rease of VT. Wilbur's brothers were Edson Monroe, John Hiriam, Milton Henry, Halbert E. and Estus Van. Wilbur was one of the founding fathers of Eureka, CA and owned a lot of land. I am trying to find relatives of his brothers in hopes of completing the family tree. All of Wilbur's children, grandchildren, and great-grand-children live on the East coast. We would like to hear from anyone that could give us further information on the rest of the extended family. Glevenia Rease Pack is the only known relative in the West. I know that Arthur Pack was her husband and her sons were Arthur and Elmer. If anyone knows these people or their relatives, please contact me. |
