Although I have verified the “live existence” of James Stewart being born in 1715 in Scotland, my Tree begins briefly with the birth of George (nmi) Stewart on 10 May 1758 in Frederick County, Virginia and fleshes out with John Chilton Stewart as my “main ancestor.” John spent most, if not all, of his life in the Symmes Township area of Lawrence County, Ohio.
It is not that I don't want to include full data about George's other eight children, their families and descendants; it is simply that I have been unable to gather just a very small amount of information about them. I can only include what little I do know, and can verify, of their wives and children. I am constantly hoping for a "breakthrough" whereby I can obtain much more information about other members of our extended family. I would be thrilled beyond words, to receive and include, accredited information pertaining to ANY and ALL descendants of "Old George." So, Please! "Keep those Cards and Letters Comin' In!"
