The petition of Sarah Ayres, in the State of Michigan, county of Lenawee respectfully shows that Andrew Ayres deceased late of Cambridge , in the county of Lenawee, State of Michigan, was at the time of his decease.
The said Andrew Ayres died intestate; leaving real and personal estate situate and being located in the county of Lenawee to be administered and that the said real and personal estate is of the value of five hundred dollars or thereabout. And the petitioner further shows that the name and residence of the heirs at law of the said Andrew Ayres at the time of his decease are as follows:
Andrew Ayres, John Ayres, and Benjamin Ayres and Sarah LeWard (wife of Robert LeWard) of Lenawee County, Hannah Barber (wife of George Barber) and Richard Kneggs of Territory of Wisconsin and the said Sarah LeWard and Richard Kneggs are minors.
