According to a letter found in the John Gray Blount Papers, Fanny Swindell was deceased by 04/1825 leaving a daughter who married Wilson Daniel and three sons under age. The letter also states that Johnathan Swindell was living in Bay River, Beaufort County. He died in Beauford County abt 1847 leaving wife, Salina E., and children Isaac G., Megatlin, Johnathan, Salina, John A., Brittanna, and Joel L.
