1861. Naomi Beatrice STANALAND was born on Aug 20 1912 in Taylor, Williamson Co., Texas. Possibly born in Taylor County. She died on Feb 27 1995 in Sherman, Texas. She was buried in Abilene, Taylor Co., Texas. Elmwood Cemetery She was a School Teacher. Retired. Noami graduated from Tuscola High School, Attended Baylor Belton and graduated from McMurry University in Abilene with a bachelor of science and a masters of education degree.

She taught school for 31 years and was a member of Texas State Teachers Association, Abilene Classroom Teachers, Texas retired Teacher, Abilene Retired teachers and Good Sam Hi Rollers Camping Club.

A member of Wylie Baptist Church for 24 years she taught a ladies Sunday School class for 20 years and served as church secretary and pianist. She joined Alderste Methodist Church in Abilene and was a member of the Hombuildrs Sunday School Class. For five years before her death she was a member of the Abundance Life Sunday School Class at Waples Memorial United Methodist Church in Denison, TX.

She was married to Lee ROBINSON in 1932. Lee ROBINSON died in 1960. Naomi Beatrice STANALAND and Lee ROBINSON had the following children:

She was married to Ray (Bill) VAUGHN in 1964.
