He died on Aug 16 1986 in Abilene, Taylor Co., Texas. He was buried in Abilene,
Taylor Co., Texas. Elmwood Memorial Park Cemetery Sam attended the Church of
Christ in Wylie, TX and was a member of the International Good Sam Camping Club.
He was in the Army Air Corps from 1943 to 1846 and served in China and India.
An employee of the Halliburton Co. for 31 rears, he retired in 1984.
He was
married to Vera Althea HYSO. Samuel "Sam" Leland
