John SWINDLE Sr..5. Timothy SWINDLE
was born between 1646 and 1651. One source shows birth as 1651. He died in
1683 in Virginia. A Timothy and Sarah Swindell were recorded as the parents
of a new son, John, on March 20, 1676 in Farnham Parish, Richmond County, Virginia.
Richards County is almost directly across the bay from North Hampton County,
Virginia.
On May 1,1678, William Therriat had 1,900 acres confirmed to him in Lancaster
County, Virginia which was granted to his father, DOM. Therriat, deceased. One
of the persons transported was Tim Swindell.
Another Timothy Swindell was one of eight individuals transported to Corratuck,
Lower Norfolk County, Virginia by Captain Joseph Chase on November 20, 1693.
He was married to Sarah in Virginia. Sarah was born
in England. Timothy SWINDLE and Sarah had the following children:
