Being in a Low State of health But in my proper seances and under standing
I do make This my Last Will and testament first I Commit my Soul and all the
Rest of my family in to the hands of God next in order I give and give hundred
akers of Land Lying on the west side of Long ?hode river to my son Wade Swindell
____ I giv and bequice to my Son Benjamin Swindell fifty acors of Land in the
Same pattern and I giv and bequice to my Son Valentine Swindell the Land where
I now Live one hundred and twenty five acres and I giv and bequice to my ______Daughtor
many _____ares one shilling and I giv and beguive to my Daughter thany hur over
one shilling and I giv ___guive to my son G or Jarker Swindell ________one shilling
and I _____to Daughter marget one bed and shuch furniture ____and be Long to
it and giv and bequice to my wife G or Jeby Swindell all the rest of my Estate
During her Life or Widowhood and then to be Equally Devided between all my Children
now Living. I Leave my wife and Son Jacob Swindell my Exactors to this my Last
will and Testament Sind and Sealed In the presence of us

Wade Swindell Zedekiah Swindell (Seal) He died in 1795.
He died between May 5 1804 and Aug 1806 in North Carolina. He had an estate
probated in Aug 1806. He served in the military on 02/07/1782 in Hyde Co.,
NC. He was in the War of 1812.
He was married to Pheby about 1781 in Hyde
Co., North Carolina. Pheby was born about 1740 in
Albermarle, North Carolina. She died about 1795 in albemarle, North Carolina.
