25. Isaac SWINDLE Sr. was born on Feb 22 1752 in Hyde Co., North Carolina. He signed a will on Mar 16 1793. He died in 1807 in Hyde Co., North Carolina. At death all of his children were apparently minors when he wrote his will. He left his wife, Eleanor, all his real estate and movables during her life, she to pay the legacies to the children when they became of legal age.

He was married to Eleanor Martha BOOMER (daughter of William BOOMER and Nancy MARY) on Feb 14 1773 in North Carolina. Eleanor Martha BOOMER was born on Aug 3 1748/49 in Hyde Co., North Carolina. She died after 1791 in Hyde Co., North Carolina. Last child born 1791. She signed a will in 1819. She had an estate probated in May 1824 in Hyde Co., North Carolina. Isaac SWINDLE Sr. and Eleanor Martha BOOMER had the following children:
