Graduated from Farmstead Besvile School in Walker Co., Al.
Parents moved to Birmingham about 1952 or 1953.
Attended Ensley High School. Birmingham, Al.
Always kept his cars very very clean.
Won awards at car shows for antique cars he had restored.
He liked to set up and sell merchandise at Flee Markets.. He would sell anything he could buy cheap enough to sell at a profit.

He was married to Carolyn Patricia STRICKLAND (daughter of John Calvin STRICKLAND and Florence ALTMAN) on Jan 7 1958 in Fulton, Itawamba Co., Mississippi. He was divorced from Carolyn Patricia STRICKLAND about 1964 in Birmingham, Jefferson Co., Alabama. Carolyn Patricia STRICKLAND (photo) was born on Oct 5 1941. She was educated Graduated Cunningham Grammer School in 1955. She was educated Graduated West End High School in 1959. She resided Vance Community in 1999 in Tuscaloosa Co., Alabama.
