320. Johann Daniel DIETMANN served in the military
from 1743 to 1757 in Rendsburg, Germany. Lance Corporal (Gefreiter) in the Schleswigschen
regiment (bapt of children) Rendsburg is in Schleswig Holstein on the Kiel canal
approx 30 miles South of the current Danish border and 50 miles North of Hamburg.
The state still retains a strong Danish influence and was part of Denmark on
various occasions. The Dietmann names have a Danish influence.

neice Amelia to John Henry Pruessing He signed a will on 1 Feb 1826 in Kentish
Town.(7) Original will kept. He died
on 1 May 1827 in Kentish Town. He was buried on 8 May 1827 in Bunhill Fields.
