violinist and clarionet (sic) player and is a most careful player. He has always

men of the regiment which is saying a lot in a rifle regiment. He is strictly
sober, honest, and hard working." - signed by the Bandmaster. He lived
at 42 Ada St, Hackney in 1921.(3) He died
