He was a Labourer in 1891.⁽⁵⁹⁾ He was a Coal Porter in 1891.⁽⁸⁾ He appeared on the census on 5 Apr 1891 in 32 Whiston St, Haggerston.. Age 20. Boarder [to BARKER family]. Employed. Coal Porter. b.Shoreditch, London He lived at 10 Jacobin St, Hackney in 1902.⁽³⁾ He was a Gas Light and Coke Co. Labourer in 1904.⁽⁸⁸⁾ He lived at 12 Hertford St, Haggerston in 1904.⁽⁸⁸⁾ He died on 11 Feb 1939.⁽¹⁹⁾ Memorial Card (interred at Chingford Mount Cemetery) reads " Peace, perfect, peace. Death shadowing us and ours. Jesus has vanquished death and all its powers. It is enough. Earth's struggles soon shall cease and Jesus calls us to Heaven's perfect peace". He was married to Caroline SEMAIN on 24 Mar 1902 in St.Augustines, Haggerston.⁽³⁾

31. Caroline SEMAIN was born about 1871 in St.Lukes, London..⁽⁸⁾ She appeared on the census on 3 Apr 1881 in 5 Easton Place, Clerkenwell.. ⁽¹⁵⁰⁾ Age 10. Daughter [of Edw & Car]. Scholar. b.St.Lukes. She was a Wood Tyer in 1891.⁽⁸⁾ She appeared on the census on 5 Apr 1891 in 20 Branch Place, Hoxton. Age 16. Dau [of Edw & Car]. Wood Tyer. b.London [?] She lived at 10 Jacobin Street in 1902 in Shoreditch.⁽³⁾ She lived at 29 Suffolk St. in 1952 in Shoreditch.⁽⁵⁾ She died on 15 Nov 1952 in St.Leonards Hospital, Shoreditch. ⁽⁵⁾ age 79. Coronary occlusion, left ventricular failure, atheroma, hypertension. C.Pusey, daughter, was informant. Not baptised at St Lukes church 1860 - 1880 Children were:
