Charles Henry Bacon (son of John (Jhon) Thomas Pilley Bacon and Sarah Shawcroft Walwin) was born October 16, 1882 in Snowdon Township, Furnace Falls, Ontario, and died July 28, 1965 in Peterborough, Ontario. He married (1) Elizabeth Marilla Thomas on October 17, 1911 in Cambridge St. United Church, Lindsay, Ontario, daughter of William George Thomas and Hannah Shercroft Wallwin. He married (2) Helen Jane Hoxey on 1925.
