I was born in 1952 in Waterbury Connecticut the son of joseph and Therese (LaSalle)Trepanier. I have one brother (Raymond).
I began this research in 1970-1971 for a college course. I was able to interview many of my elderly but still living aunts and uncles at this time most of which lived in Canada at the time.
I had also requested the documentation of a distant cousin who was a priest of the Jesuit order in Canada. He gave me an invaluable copy of his research up to that time, of which I still have.
When comparing my research with his I have found almost a perfect Match on the Trepanier side of the family. Most of which are from St. Narcisse, Quebec.
