** Chapel & Henderson **
The earliest listed Henderson ancestor was Bryant Henderson, born 1820 who 
married Meredith Ned Bryant, born 1820.  They had one son named 
John James (Jimmy) Henderson, born 1854, died 1933; he married 
Mary Chapel, born 1860, died 1928.

Mary Chapel was the daughter of Henry Silas Chapel, born 1840 and 
Mandy Louisa Parker, born 1840.  Information provided listed 
Henry's father as Billy Chapel, born 1820 who was a minister; 
no information was provided on his mother.

John James (Jimmy) Henderson & Mary Chapel had nine children.

Laura Sherra, born 1840 married ____ Green born 1840;

she married William Elrod, born 1860.

William Elrod was the son of Polly McFarthin, born 1840 and 
_____ Elrod, born 1840.  Information provided stated that 
Polly's parents went West during the Gold Rush and were never 
heard from again.

William Elrod & Loria Green had six children.
