My father Kenneth Earling McCue was born Feb 1909 in Parkersburn, OR, the son of Charles Hendricks McCue and Eva Mae Hodges McCue. He was the secondchild born to them. His father, Charles, was also born in Parkersburg, OR, Coos County. His parents were James Edward McCue of IRE and Clementine Thrush McCue. I am still searching for James. Clementines family are from Camas Valley. It is possible that 1817 might be a birth year for James.
My mother Vivian Smoot McCue was born Aug. 13, 1913, in KS. Her parents were Earl C. Smoot and Flossie Mae Moore Smoot. I have more info. on them.
