6. Thomas William ULIN ⁽¹³⁾ was born on 18 Apr 1823 in OH. ⁽¹³⁾ He was buried in May 1903 in Green Valley Cemetery.⁽¹⁰⁾ He died on 9 May 1903 in Lincoln Co, KS. He has reference number 15. Thomas was a teacher in the Select Schools.

Thomas & Louisa came to Kansas from Keokuk Co IA to the town of Nugent on
Tich Ridge in 1873. They 1st settled on the place known as Arnoldy farm
near Tipton KS, just south of Tipton. Clara Belveal & Louisa were sisters.
Thomas and Louisa sold this place for a team of mules, a wagon and some
cash and bought a relinquishment on an old place in the Greenvalley
vicinity, Cedron Twp, Lincoln Co KS, where Charlie Henry later lived. All
the children born to Thomas W & Louisa were born at this place.

He was married to Susannah FOORS on 3 Jan 1864. Susannah FOORS was born on 20 Sep 1847 in PA.⁽¹⁰⁾ She died on 2 Jan 1873.⁽¹⁰⁾ Thomas William ULIN and Susannah FOORS had the following children:

40 i. John Perry ULIN⁽⁷⁾ was born on 31 Oct 1864. The Cemetery Records of Keokuk County list the death date of John P. Ulin
as 12 Oct 1865, age 11 mos, 12 das. His birth date was calculated from
this. He died on 12 Oct 1865.⁽⁷⁾ He was buried in Rock Creek Cem, Keokuk Co, IA.⁽⁷⁾ John P. Ulin is buried in Rock Creek Cemetery, section I, row 28. The Cemetery Records of Keokuk County list John P. Ulin as the son of Wm
and S.M. Ulin.

married here after Joseph & Ida were married.
