He was married to Blessing Fannie Ann Mann (daughter of Daniel , Jr. Mann and Mary) in 1803 in Nash County, North Carolina. Blessing Fannie Ann Mann (1) was born in 1785 in Virginia. She died in 1866 in Nash County, North Carolina. See notes on James Viverette.

I had a photo copy of a page from the Viverette book by Luther Jordan that
someone had written Blessing Mann Nation full blooded Cherokee. When I heard from
Luther's daughter Frances and asked her about that she did not answer that
question. She did send me several of his books which I sent to DAR and
Orlando library. I forgot where else. My query about Blessing Mann only got
responses that she was not. Someone also sent a copy of the photograph of her
in Luther Jordna's book. I don't think from the photo you can tell whether
she was or wasn't a Cherokee. So I really did not get anything from my querry
but she was not. I forwarded your email to others that might be interested in
your web page.
