42. Samuel CRAWFORD ⁽⁸²⁾ was born about 1810 in Pennsylvania. Samuel, and his family, are listed on the 1860 census for Johnsonville, Wayne Co, IL. He was 50 years old, born in Pennsylvania, owned real estate valued at $1,000 ($14,496 in 1990 dollars), and had a personal estate valued at $800 ($11,597 in 1990 dollars). His future son-in-law, Israel McKinney, was working as a laborer on the neighboring farm.

His parents are not proven. More research is necessary to determine his lineage.

43. Elizabeth CRAWFORD ⁽⁸²⁾ was born about 1813 in Pennsylvania. Elizabeth is listed with her husband, Samuel, and 3 children, on the 1860 census for Johnsonville, Wayne Co, IL. John Henderson, 16, was living with the family. Children were:

ii. Sarah CRAWFORD was born about 1846 in Ohio.
iii. Florence CRAWFORD was born about 1848 in Ohio.
