10. Arthur Boyd MCKINNEY ^{(25) (26)(27)} was born on 16 Mar 1870 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL.^{(28) (29)} He resided McBride Farm on 17 Feb 1916 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL.⁽³⁰⁾ He resided Charlie Plowman Farm on 17 Feb 1930 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL.⁽³¹⁾ Boyd and Myrtle rented the Charlie Plowman farm on 17 Aug 1929 and began plowing the fields. They had been given notice by the McBride's that they had to move in the spring. They actually moved into the Plowman farm on 17 Feb 1930.

He died on 5 Dec 1943 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL. ⁽³²⁾ His Death Certificate also lists his birth date as 16 March 1870. The Death Certificate information was provided by his son, Jess McKinney. On it, Jess lists his full name as Arthur Boyd McKinney. Boyd's funeral arrangements were handled by Jones Funeral Home of Virden, Illinois.
He was buried on 7 Dec 1943 in Brush Creek Cem, Divernon, Sangamon Co, IL. ⁽³³⁾ Arthur B. McKinney is listed on the 1870 census for Virden, Macoupin Co, IL as the 4 month old son of Israel and Harriet.

The 1880 census shows Boyd as the 10 year old son of Israel and Harriet. They lived in Pawnee, Sangamon Co, IL.

Located on 1900 census, living in Divernon Township, Sangamon Co, IL. He and Myrtle had been married 6 years, and had 3 children by 1900. He could read and write and was 30 years old. The census was taken 9 June 1900. Census taker has him listed as Arthur McKinney. Census also shows Boyd as having been born in 1870, not 1872, as was previously thought. Census also lists his, his father, and his mother's birth place as Illinois.

Located on 1910 census, living in Divernon Township, Sangamon Co, IL. The census is almost unreadable, but his name, his wife's name, and some of the children's names are barely legible.
He was married to Myrtle Dora CRYDER on 6 Sep 1893 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL.⁽³⁴⁾

11. Myrtle Dora CRYDER ^{(25)(26) (35)} was born on 10 Jun 1873 in Morrisonville, Christian Co, IL. ^(36)(37) She died on 3 May 1936 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL.^{(8) (38)} According to her death certificate, Dr. S.M. Blunk, of Virden, attended Myrtle from 20 April until her death on 3 May. She died of Labor Pneumonia.
She was buried on 6 May 1936 in Brush Creek Cem, Divernon, Sangamon Co, IL. ^(39)(40) Located on 1900 census, living in Divernon Township, Sangamon, Co, IL. She and Boyd had been married 6 years, and had 3 children by 1900. She could read and write and was 26 years old. The census was taken 9 June 1900. Census taker has her listed as Dora M. McKinney. The census also lists her birth place as Illinois.

Located on 1910 census, living in Divernon Township, Sangamon Co, IL. The census is almost unreadable, but her name, her husband's name, and some of the children's names are barely legible.

i. Lola Aldene MCKINNEY⁽²⁶⁾ was born on 22 Jan 1896.⁽⁴¹⁾ She died on 1 Nov 1971. ⁽⁴²⁾ She was buried on 5 Nov 1971. She was always called "Auntie Dean" or "Aldene".

ii. Jessie Theodore MCKINNEY⁽²⁶⁾ was born on 3 Feb 1898 in Divernon Twp, Sangamon Co, IL. ⁽⁴³⁾ He was ill with Appendicitis on 15 Feb 1936 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL.⁽⁴⁴⁾ He died on 24 Jun 1977 in Virden, Macoupin Co, IL. Jessie always called "Jess".

iii. James Franklin MCKINNEY^{(45) (26)} was born on 23 Feb 1900.⁽⁴⁶⁾ He resided 137 Loucks Street in 1928 in Aurora, IL. ⁽⁴⁷⁾ He died on 24 Feb 1977. He was also known as Frank. ⁽⁴⁸⁾ He was always called "Frank".
Located on 1920 census, Divernon Township, Sangamon County, IL. Frank was 19, he could read and write, worked as a laborer in a coal mine. His daugher, Bernice was 4 months old.
