258. Thomas Dustin (17)(104) (105) (106) was born on Jan 5 1683 in Haverhill, Massachusetts. He signed a will on Sep 12 1755.(107) He died on Feb 24 1767 in Haverhill, Massachusetts. He had an estate probated on Mar 31 1767. He was buried in Near Buttonwoods.(108) In 1747 and 1748, Thomas Duston bought land amounting to about 300 acres in that part of Haverhill which had been set off to New Hampshire by the running of the new Province Line in 1741. This section was called the Haverhill District, and later a part of it was made Salem, N. H. This land he deeded in 1752 to three of his sons, Thomas, Obadiah, and Caleb B., all of whom settled in Salem, N. H. Thomas Duston made his will on Sept. 12, 1755, and gave his daughter "Abigail Webster, 2 Spanish Mill Dollars." His will was probated Mar. 31, 1767. His estate, real and personal, as per inventory was valued at 505 pounds, 4 shillings, 1/2 pence. (L505, 4s, 1/2d) He was married to Mary Ingalls on Dec 25 1711 in Andover, Massachusetts. (109)
