Ewell Lonnie Brown was in the U.S. Army from June 3, 1947 to November 1, 1969. He begun his military career as an enlisted man but graduated from Field Artillery, Officer Candidate School (Class 7), Fort Sill, Oklahoma on January 29, 1952 as a Second Lieutenant. He then went to flight school in September of 1954 and became a fixed wing pilot. He attended Helicopter School during April of 1958. He retired after 22 years, as Lieutenant Colonel, at Forst Wolters, Texas (now closed) near Mineral Wells, Texas. He spent three tours in Korea (the second during the Korean War), one tour in Germany (he was accompanied by his family), and a tour in Viet Nam.

OHN P. ROBINSON:
John Robinson owned gas stations in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He had a chance to lease the out the stations to Kerr McGee, which he gladly did. In 1959, John and Frances bought a farm in Ardmore, Oklahoma. They begun raising peanuts and herds of cattle. The farm was over 1,000 acreas. After some time, his cattle was being stolden. So John decided to sell off all the cattle and begun to only raise his peanuts.

In 1977, his son, Johnny, took over the family farm. The farm is located in Carter County and Love County, Oklahoma on the east side of Lake Murry.
