Roy Douglas Wheeler & Cynthia Danetta Webster were married in the Sparta Baptist Church, in Sparta, Gallatin Co., Ky. , on June 6th, 1992. This marriage was witnessed by William Darrell Stewart & Regina Lyn Webster. Regina later became William's wife. Roy & Cynthia had a honeymoon in Florida and reside in Carrollton, Ky.

A reception was held after the wedding in the rec room of the church.
They were married by Bro. Thomas Collins. Because of illness, the parents of Roy did not get to attend the wedding. Cynthia was a beautiful bride. Her mother, Virginia May (Bradley) Webster gave her away because her father was deceased.
