NELLIE GRATTON (daughter of LEONARD GRATTON and MARY DORCAS HOBBS) was born 23 Feb 1875 in Perry, Pike, IL, and died 04 Apr 1954 in Tulsa, Tulsa, OK. She married (1) William Johnson on 1890 in Pike County, IL. She married (2) EDWARD LOUIS HULSMAN on 24 Dec 1905 in Pittsfield, IL⁹, son of CHARLES HULSMAN and LOUISA KOCH.

Married to William Johnson in IL in 1890 before July 10 according to newspaper (Pike County Democrat). Divorced him in IL. Possibly had two children by him. One being William Wayne Johnson who lived in Tulsa. Daughter named Nellie also born about 1903. According to 1910 census, these children lived with Edward and Nellie Hulsman after they married and lived in Tulsa, OK.

Last know address of Nellie was 1335 E. 5th Court in Tulsa.

On her marriage license to Edward, Nellie spells the last name Hulseman.

When son, Edward, married Maxine in August 1939, Nellie lived with them, as did Roy Edward.

In 1880 census, Nellie is listed as the youngest child, Ellen. I bet the census taker just wrote it down wrong.
